Experience does matter…besides working and living in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valley areas for over 40 years, I began buying and selling my own real estate portfolio at a young age. I have worked in the real estate industry as a vendor, having owned a credit reporting agency, for close to 20 years. Through this experience of customer service, client negotiations, contracts and finance have benefitted my clients, both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
In addition to being bilingual in English and Spanish, I am Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified, Home Retention Certified and H.E.L.P. Certified. This continued knowledge has supported my efforts in educating consumers on the options they are faced with in today’s real estate market. |
