Using advertising and marketing techniques that proved extremely successful in my sales efforts for over 28 years with AT&T (retired), enables me to offer a competitive advantage in helping to market and sell your property. Having succeeded as an Advertising Account Executive by helping many small and medium sized business start up, grow and prosper has helped develop me into a consumate professional and skilled advocate.
My negotiation skills, which I bring to bear on your Real Estate transaction, have been developed in many arenas, including by being a negotiator, at the table on various occasions during labor contract negotiations between AT&T and IBEW Local 2139. It was an honor and privledge to have been entrusted, confided in and relied upon in helping secure the future welfare of hundreds of employees and their families. To have been one of three negotiators representing about 600 employees for our particular contract, incidently the highest compensated employee block at AT&T, is humbling, encouraging and demonstrates a tremendous vote of confidence that my, skills, development, integrity, honesty, perserverance, persistence, willingness -and when necessary aggressiveness - have warranted.
